I think you might find this little chronology interesting...

Bill Clinton registers for the draft on September 08, 1964, accepting
all contractual conditions of registering for the draft. Selective
Service Number 3 26 46 228.

Bill Clinton classified 2-S on November 17, 1964.

Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on March 20, 1968.

Bill Clinton ordered to report for induction on July 28, 1969.

Bill Clinton refuses to report and is not inducted into the military.

Bill Clinton reclassified 1-D after enlisting in the United States Army
Reserves on August 07, 1969, under authority of Col. E. Holmes.

Clinton signs enlistment papers and takes oath of enlistment.

Bill Clinton fails to report to his duty station at the University of
ArkansasROTC, September 1969.

Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on October 30, 1969, as enlistment with
Army Reserves is revoked by Colonel E. Holmes and Clinton now AWOL and
subject to arrest under Public Law 90-40 (2)(a) registrant who has
failed to report...remain liable for induction.'

Bill Clinton's birth date lottery number is 311, drawn December 1, 1969,
but anyone who has already been ordered to report for induction is
INELIGIBLE!

Bill Clinton runs for Congress (1974), while a fugitive from justice
underPublic Law 90-40.

Bill Clinton runs for Arkansas Attorney General (1976), while a fugitive
from justice.

Bill Clinton receives pardon on January 21, 1977, from Carter.

Bill Clinton FIRST PARDONED FEDERAL FELON ever to serve as President of
the United States.

All these facts come from Freedom of Information requests, public laws,
and various books that have been published, and have not been refuted by
Clinton.

After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, President Clinton promised
that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five U.S.military
personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down
and punished.

After the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19
and injured 200 U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that those
responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1998 bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa, which killed 224
and injured 5,000; Clinton promised that those responsible would be
hunted down and punished.

After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and injured 39
U.S. sailors; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted
down and punished.

*********************************************

Maybe if Clinton had kept those promises, an estimated 3,000 people in
New York and Washington, D.C. that are now dead would be alive today.

AN INTERESTING QUESTION:

This question was raised on a Philly radio call-in show. Without casting
stones, it is a legitimate question. There are two men, both extremely
wealthy. One develops relatively cheap software and gives billions of
dollars to charity.

The other sponsors terrorism. That being the case, why was it that the
Clinton Administration spent more money chasing down Bill Gates over
the eight years in office, than Osama bin Laden?

THINK ABOUT IT!
*********************************

It is a strange turn of events. Hillary got $8 Million for her memoir.
Bill gets about $12 Million for his memoir yet to be written. This from
two people who spent 8 years being unable to recall anything about past
events while under oath.

Sincerely,

Cdr. Hamilton McWhorter USN(ret)

P.S. Please forward this to as many people as you can! Unless, of
course you want Hillary in the White House some day!

What is the point of all that?
The US funded and trained Bin Laden for a number of years, I don't give a fuck who is or was the President.......the current one is a deserter as well. So what?
No-one else has started a pre-emptive, unprovoked attack that just happened to result in the deaths of around 8,000 civilians.........no-one else has been the subject of the single biggest worldwide demonstrations in the history of mankind.........and no-one else failed to protect his homeland whilst President, even given ample intelligence and specific warnings about people training in order to use aircraft as weapons on US soil. That, and the fact he went into hiding straight after the attacks.........
So fuck off with that shit.......

Well....

1.The choice was between supporting the Muhjahadeen or the Soviet Union, most folks would have done as the Americans did, unless they like marching around waving red flags.

2.Never heard that one. Provide a credible source, and I'll consider it.

3.Do you remember Clinton's high altitude bombing over Serbia? I'd be willing to bet a few of those bombs hit civilians, though the partisan democrats in the american media would have had you forget that. Unless, of course, you believe only republican launched bombs accidentally hit civilians.

By the way, when was the UN resolution passed to authorize that attack? Oh, I forgot. Milosovic had the Serbian navy bombing the east coast so it was acutally in self-defense.

4.Bush can't help it if people around the world dislike leaders with principles and choose to protest. He's not their president. A solid majority of americans supported the mission, and that's what really matters.

5.Ever heard of James Madison? How about Abraham Lincoln? Franklin Roosevelt? Foreigners or traitors attacked the homeland in all three cases, and they didn't manage to prevent it. If I was Bush, I wouldn't mind being in that group.

6.While I'm sure many democrats and other assorted nuts would have loved for the president to announce his location while planes were still in the air on 9/11, I and most Americans are glad he didn't. Keeping the nation's leadership secure during a crisis is generally a good plan.

The bottom line is that democrats tend to be a bit whacky and have highly selective memories (as the original post mentioned).

Tony Blair is much worse. Even when talking about Saddam's victims, even then he couldn't wipe that leer off his face. I would love to see him tortured badly over a period of years. This would be the time to bring back the Vatican's torture methods.

Bush 2 = scum.
Clinton = scum.
Bush 1 = scum.
Reagan = scum.
Carter = scum (but has redeemed himself quite a bit since leaving office).
Ford = scum.
Nixon = scum.
Johnson = scum.
Kennedy = scum (but damn, Jackie was hot!).
Eisenhower = not quite as scummy as most.
Truman = scum.
FDR = scum...

...a pattern seems to be emerging. But to say that W is any less sleazy than Clinton is simply moronic.

A solid majority of Americans supported 'the mission' and that's all that matters, eh? Oh, the arrogance........BTW, Bush's location was known whilst the attacks took place, even though later he gave a different time frame, and lied about 'watching' the first plane hit the tower.

You are probably one of the morons who actually believed (and probably still does) the lies that Iraq were a 'direct and imminent' threat to the security of the US....oh, and the 45 minute capability claim, and the 'red line of death' around Baghdad, in which if US forces crossed it, chemical weapons would be used blah blah blah.......as such, I have neither the time nor the inclination to try and persuade you of anything.
The majority of the peoples of the world believe Bush is a greater threat to peace in our time than Al-Queda........if you want to believe Bush is a man of 'principles', that's your perogative, idiot.
He's a fucking psychotic.

But you aren't even an American. Are you?
No, I'm not, but our country was involved in the invasion (against it's people's wishes)....though Howard was cagey enough to not be involved in the occupation.
It upsets me greatly that international law was trampled on by these guys that we're supposed to trust.
