What is Your Assessment on this Bill Clinton Thing

Actually, it's what the whole world is talking about, buddy. I don't think your posts about Clinton are going to deflect anyone's attention, actually.
I couldn't give a rat's ass.....all I know is he was impeached for lying about an affair - which is ridiculous compared to what this administration has been getting away with - but their days are numbered, I think.
Fine let's leave it at that.
In closing I'd like to say that:
A. Bush will get re elected whether you or anyone likes it or not.
B. Clinton did what he did and no one can deny it( read my original post).
C. This current administration is nowhere near as bad as the last one.
D. I couldn't give a rats ass either because governments and politics suck because politicians could care less about the people and DON'T represent the people (Just look at the situation in California).

Have a nice weekend.

Yes, I have read plenty to suggest that the next election has already been fixed........but Jesus, let's all hope and pray he doesn't win, for the sake of us all!
B. Clinton did what he did and no one can deny it( read my original post).
Yes he was a really bad man - but the world is much more pissed at America now than it was when he was Pres. Ever ask yourself why?
C. This current administration is nowhere near as bad as the last one.
In what respect? Cos the Pres hasn't got a blow job from an intern?? Fuck me, there are so many shitstorms brewing around this administration it'll be a miracle if he survives this term, let alone get re-elected!!

I think you should have a bex and a lie down and widen your reading a little......but you're not too bad for a young fellow. :D Quite civil actually......

Let's clear up some possible misconceptions:
1. I am 38 and if you mean that I am a young fellow and that 38 means young I thank you then.
2. Anything I say about Bill Clinton and his performance has nothing to do with him getting a blow job, I could care less. I do care when he lies to the country and the world under oath and when he lets convicted felons and terrorists go free.
3. The world has always been pissed off at the USA so why should this be anything new.
4. This election will not be fixed and neither was the last one. That feeble attempt by the Democrats to steal Florida was a joke and if you ever voted on those style of ballots(I have) you'd see what I mean.
5. Hey man, let's not worry so much about all this, politicians will be politicians, they all suck.

Peace

The World is MUCH more pissed at America than it has been for a long time - you know this is true. Bush has squandered enormous amounts of sympathy garnered from 9/11. A recent British TV program "What the world thinks of America" polled 12 million people worldwide, and this suggested that these people thought Bush was a greater danger to the world than Al-Queda!! Get real man.
4. This election will not be fixed and neither was the last one. That feeble attempt by the Democrats to steal Florida was a joke and if you ever voted on those style of ballots(I have) you'd see what I mean.
The Democrats Attempts to steal Florida? Joking, right? The plain and undeniable truth is that Bush's legal team got an injunction to stop the manual re-count because Gore was only a handful of votes behind and gaining - Bush could not afford America to hear the words "Gore hits the front" - and you really think it is pure coincidence this happened in Jeb Bush's state? You can't be serious?
It seems obvious to anyone with a functioning brain that at least half of your population (along with half the world) think you have an unelected President - an intolerable situation.
5. Hey man, let's not worry so much about all this, politicians will be politicians, they all suck.
Now this I agree with.

Actually, here is an interesting article which partly explains why so many Americans apparently believe lies and half-truths re: Iraq.......it has helped me to not get so pissed at some of the sheep out there in cyber world.

Searching for a link to the 2000 election scandal, and the fear that the same may happen again next year John - they are all a little older, bear with me - :)

Looks like we have a stand off here because I don't buy any of what you are saying but since you are entitled to your opinion I elect to not argue about this. Anyone who thinks Bush is more of a threat than Al Qaeda should be locked up along with Al Qaeda.
Like I said before all politicians suck and those who get into these type of debates often lead to getting into heated arguments or fights if they are discussed in person.

Peace

Yeah fair enough - BTW, it wasn't my opinion about Bush and Al-Queda - it was the majority of 12 million people in something like 20 different countries!!
Dude, you do at least acknowledge that Bush's team had the Florida manual recount stopped with an injunction.........right??

My opinion on the Florida recount thing is, if you are going to manually recount in Florida then do it in every state because mistakes can exist anywhere. I voted on those ballots in Florida and there is no way anyone cannot punch a hole through that chad. That hanging chad story was a ploy by the Democrats to get any advantage they could have got. I really blame the state of Florida or any other state that has the nerve to have voting conducted under those conditions.

According to Michael Moore's 'Stupid White Men' book, they (the Bush's) also:

-- had thousands of people removed from the electoral role due to either previous misdemeanours, OR they shared the same name as someone who had a previous conviction on record (all done by the firm that controls voting registries... run by a woman who is friendly with the Bush family);

-- had postal ballots from service men (historically Republican voters) counted even though they were submitted AFTER the due date.

-- supreme court, overseen by Bush Snr-appointed judges, overruled the recount. The top judge apparently did not want to retire with a Democrat in the Oval Office.

(I'm paraphrasing these, and I'm sleepy, but I'm sure you'll get the gist:))

No matter how you look at it, it was an embarrasing situation for the USA.

Oh Fuck that pontificating, whiny waste of flesh Michael Moore. The man is a *HUGE* liar and master manipulator. He faked being pro-gun to cajole Charlton Heston into saying something rhetorical which got blown out of proportion in Moore's last caper. I sincerely hope you're not falling for his shit. His version of U.S. History in "Bowling For Columbine" was the same piece of pinko pedagogy, reverse-racist, socialist revisionism that I've heard spewed daily by the likes of MTV, Jesse Jackson, Hillary Clinton, Rosie O'Donnell, Berkeley professors, the Georgetown cocktail party crowd, the NY Times and every other hippie walking around with a fucking shopping cart who all got their U.S History off of a matchbook manufactured in the factory of Karl Marx.
His version of our history actually was the biggest piece of comedy on film that I've seen in many years. I got many many laughs from it.

Now as for our wonderfully covered 2000 presidential Election: BOTH sides played whatever cards they could to get their guy in. That's an indisputable reality. But the Democrat's deeds in that election get hardly any mention:

1. On the day of the election, the media declared the State Of Florida won FOR Gore an hour before the voting booths closed in the western part of the state due to the time zone. As a result, many people on that side of Florida stopped voting.

2. The media further discouraged others from further voting in Florida by announcing repetitively the overwhelming majority of "hispanic-Americans" in that area who "overwhelmingly vote for Democrats". So why bother voting anymore right?

3. And along with similar media strategies as stated above, Al Gore won the popular vote courtesy of a last minute scare tactic aimed at blacks and senior citizens. How very humane.

4. The voting ballots and voting system in Florida were designed by a Democrat.

5. The Democrats didn't have to take it to the Florida Supreme Court(who were primarily Democratic and total idiots who got their law degrees from dumbed-down backwoods institutions) after (a much more qualified and relevent) Judge Sanders Sauls ruled the recount as completely unnecessary and absent of any legal reason to do so. It should have ended there. But it was the Democrats who truly politicized it, knowing full well that the simpletons of the Florida Supreme Court would rule in their favor almost without any legal precedent(save what was carved out for them from a soapbox) and that it would have to go to the U.S. Supreme Court with the full knowledge that the end-all-and-be-all of all legal institutions would have to be besmerged. How proud they must be.

*6. It doesn't get much announcement; but all of the votes in Florida HAVE BEEN COUNTED and guess who still retained a well-margined majority lead???
That's right. Gasp. Omigod- George W. Bush.

Now let us be clear that I stated plainly that BOTH SIDES played every dirty little trick they could to win; but if you want to point your finger only at the side who won, I truly hope you realize that you're no better than any one of those sides because their whole reason for existence is blaming the other guy. If you want to point your fingers; let us be sure you point them at the real perverts of our Constitutional Republic: the demopublicans.

Well, there are at least 50% of the population who think George Bush is actually the elected president of the US - here's one of 'em folks!! *trumpet fanfare*
What a terrible state for the country to be in - a Supreme court elected President who has pissed most of the world off!!

Didn't see you touch on these points raised by Mark, there, Mr.Everythings hunky dory.........
-- had thousands of people removed from the electoral role due to either previous misdemeanours, OR they shared the same name as someone who had a previous conviction on record (all done by the firm that controls voting registries... run by a woman who is friendly with the Bush family);

You probably think everything is juuuuuust fine in Iraq too, right? :err:
Just keep repeating.......Iraq has WMD's.........Iraq has WMD's.........Iraq has WMD's..........
Ah, what's the point. Go back to sleep, pal.

Actually, serpent molester or whoever the fuck you were on the IMBB, I am just so over trying to co-exist with crazed right wing lunatics like you on BB's........you wanna think what you think? Fine.

You think Bush was 'elected' fair and square? Good on you.
Think everything is fine and dandy with the whole Iraq issue - cool.
Think whatever you like pal.......I've just had enough with looneys right now.
