Oh Fuck that pontificating, whiny waste of flesh Michael Moore. The man is a *HUGE* liar and master manipulator. He faked being pro-gun to cajole Charlton Heston into saying something rhetorical which got blown out of proportion in Moore's last caper. I sincerely hope you're not falling for his shit. His version of U.S. History in "Bowling For Columbine" was the same piece of pinko pedagogy, reverse-racist, socialist revisionism that I've heard spewed daily by the likes of MTV, Jesse Jackson, Hillary Clinton, Rosie O'Donnell, Berkeley professors, the Georgetown cocktail party crowd, the NY Times and every other hippie walking around with a fucking shopping cart who all got their U.S History off of a matchbook manufactured in the factory of Karl Marx.
His version of our history actually was the biggest piece of comedy on film that I've seen in many years. I got many many laughs from it.
Now as for our
wonderfully covered 2000 presidential Election:
BOTH sides played whatever cards they could to get
their guy in. That's an indisputable reality. But the Democrat's deeds in that election get hardly
any mention:
1. On the day of the election, the media declared the State Of Florida
won FOR Gore an hour before the voting booths closed in the western part of the state due to the time zone. As a result, many people on that side of Florida stopped voting.
2. The media further discouraged others from further voting in Florida by announcing repetitively the overwhelming majority of "hispanic-Americans" in that area who "overwhelmingly vote for Democrats". So why bother voting anymore right?
3. And along with similar media strategies as stated above, Al Gore won the popular vote courtesy of a last minute scare tactic aimed at blacks and senior citizens. How very humane.
4. The voting ballots and voting system in Florida were
designed by a Democrat.
5. The Democrats didn't
have to take it to the Florida Supreme Court(who were primarily Democratic and total idiots who got their law degrees from dumbed-down backwoods institutions) after (a much more qualified and relevent) Judge Sanders Sauls ruled the recount as completely unnecessary and
absent of any legal reason to do so. It should have ended there. But it was the Democrats who truly politicized it, knowing full well that the simpletons of the Florida Supreme Court would rule in their favor almost without
any legal precedent(save what was carved out for them from a soapbox) and that it would have to go to the U.S. Supreme Court with the full knowledge that the end-all-and-be-all of all legal institutions would have to be besmerged. How proud they must be.
*6. It doesn't get much announcement; but all of the votes in Florida HAVE BEEN COUNTED and guess who still retained a well-margined majority lead???
That's right. Gasp. Omigod- George W. Bush.
Now let us be clear that I stated plainly that BOTH SIDES played every dirty little trick they could to win; but if you want to point your finger only at the side who won, I truly hope you realize that you're no better than any one of those sides because their whole reason for existence is
blaming the other guy. If you want to point your fingers; let us be sure you point them at the real perverts of our Constitutional Republic: the demopublicans.
