For all runners out there

I jog 3 or 4 times a week, for cardio, then 4 or 5 times to the gym a week. Lately though I've been keeping my cardio low, only doing 1 or two times a week of running, trying to put on a little more mass. Mostly I do my 3 km circuit around the neighborhood, otherwise I do a 6 km circuit which is just down a few more roads. usually takes me anywhere between 10 minutes and an hour.
