I quite honestly don't care, just as long as whichever he does, he does it now. Otherwise, I'm almost out of exams and I will have the time to pursue other options.

He's not going to do it John.. Did he ever contact you after that facebook incident where he told you to fuck off? If no, he has no intentions to solve this whatsoever.

Otherwise he would have called you by now, send you a PM, text message, etc.. to get things sorted.
It's what someone would do normally to solve the problem at hand as fast as possible.
