Fuck it, I think I'm just getting a Honda

a working stereo is also crucial, but totally agreed otherwise...as long as everything functions reliably, i'm satisfied

true. Or a jury rigged stereo like my buddies truck. Powered by a second car battery and some adapters.

This Honda will have:
- in-dash CD player
- built-in XM satellite radio
- MP3 player input jack AND iPod specific directly wired connection
- steering wheel controls for all
- 7-speaker soundsystem w/ subwoofer

theres always ways to make your beater worthwhile. If I end up getting a car and it looks half decent... i'm gonna like take some steel wool and steel toes to it. Beat the fuck out of it so it looks worse.

and who was it wh said everyone wants a BMW? Those who say they don't only say that cause they can't afford it? hahahaha. that still makes me laugh.

I used to drive like a maniac in my first car, a god damn Suzuki Samurai. 1.6L 65 horse power of power! The girl I used to commute to college with every day used to just bury her face in her hands, like every morning. Cool.

I got that thing up to 96mph once, downhill. That took some serious planning.

dude dude, i'm talking about driving with people who don't know what it is and freaking them about with your, ahem, telekinetic abilities

although most people these days have seen it, it's becoming more common...but a couple years ago not so much

Dude you should've heard the noise at that speed too, sheesh. Sounded like a chopper was landing on my face.

Yeah, same here. Safety or not (didn't know that, pretty cool), it's not really an issue for me because I don't much mess with the radio while driving. And the only dangerous time that I do is when changing CDs, and well, no steering wheel control can help me with that.

My stereo will probably consist of nice speakers, but a tape deck only. So I can ieither use one of those headphone output to tapedeck thingy adapters... or listen to NOLTEM!!!!!!!!!!!
