I'll admit Ozzfest this year is Better, but SotU is really nice for the people that dont wanna spend $10000000000000 to see a bunch of bands theyve already seen 2-5 times(me).
SotU has too much Metalcore/Hardcore crap, but it'll still be nice.

gwar,clutch,high on fire, and opeth would be entertaining but for the rest of the day, I would beg and plead for the arizona hot sun to roast my brain so much that I would go into a coma and totally forget all the rest of the performances on that day during this fest.


I heard, don't quote me on this, that gwar is going to try to better fit in with this tour by having their drummer learn how to sing clean melodic vocals during various parts of their songs:Spin:

I'd really like to see Opeth and Clutch together(2 of my favorite bands), not to mention High On Fire, SYL, and Lamb Of God. Unfortunately, the Phoenix date of this tour falls on the first date of E.T.T.S's summer tour, so while all you are enjoying the mighty Opeth, we'll be busy calling the good people of Santa Ana faggots.
