You prolly mean the passenger but it's not the same note or octave but similar string synth which lots of people use. The passenger is 2 octaves and one semi tone higher plus other effects like pan or some kind of cycled gate and mechanical beeps.

no no no, really! Just put "Tomorrow turned into yesterday" on, you'll hear it!
It's not the exact first tone you hear, but the tones after the starting low one
