I was checking out some new Doom Metal bands, and i downloaded some songs of the band Morgion. One of the songs i got was To Tame A Land

what the hell is that intro from? It is obviously not an original... but i can't think of what band or song it is!!! GAH!! go get it and tell me it is driving me nuts!!! something makes me want to say Metallica... PLEASE SOMEONE GO GET IT AND HELP ME or i am going to lose my mind...

Any word on a new Morgion album?

We're certainly working on it at the moment... We're trying to secure a new label deal after dropping Relapse. The European tour went rather well, so we have generated some good European label interest... After trying to record for a couple years now, it would be very nice to get the new album out this year (dammit!). Hehe. Cheers
