How so?

As a multimedia device, yes, the ps3 indeed comes out on top. I however am only interested in games, and atm the 360 have more and better games available.

Because pretty much all good games in the future are going to wind up on the PS3, and because it does blue ray. You say you only care about games, but frankly I think you'll wind up wishing you had a built in Blue ray player in the near future.

Well, I want to play good games now, not later. Besides I think the statement that all good games will end up on the ps3 is a silly statement anyway. I was a big sony supporter for a while, but right now they are not the best option.

I also doubt will be upset about not having a blue ray. I can;t even remember the last time I ever bought a dvd. I don't ever buy movies. Besides I do not have a tv that would take full advantage of the blue ray anyway.

Wii>All other systems of this generation.

fail. The wii is seriously shit.

It just needs more games. All the other systems have are better graphics and a couple new features. While the Wii changed the gameplay.

Its a gimmick. One that gets old quick. I don't always want to be flailing around while I play. The wii is a weak system. It is hard to develop for and make good games for because it lacks power. Developers have expressed their frustration at the systems extreme limitations.

Wii isn't even really this generation, it is last generation with a new controller.

PS3 will pwn 360 is what I believe. 360 has abit more games right now but mostly really boring games so it doesn't really matter (not that PS3 has any fun games either really though). And 360 is a badly designed console. It gets overheated, no built in harddrive, only dvd as storage format, etc. It will lack behind in notime.

This.

But you know what's a really good system?

PC.

First of all the 360 DOES have a built in hard drive.

I only play on the PC right now. It has served me well, but I miss playing on a console. It is a different experience.

Tr00 dat. I'd like to see any console that can be used to browse the net, type documents, make music, watch films, listen to music, AND play Crysis at full settings @50fps (sans AA, which kills fps)

If all he wants to do is play games, having a blu ray player does little to improve this. IMO, the 360 has more and better games than the PS3 currently and I don't foresee this changing even with the PS3's so-called big guns of MGS4 and FFXIII. Hell, even JRPGs, a genre that flourished on PS2 are being seen in more abundance and quality on the 360 and this won't be changing in the near future.

I heard there's still a possibility of FFXIII to be released on 360.

@V5- I don't like those cartoon type games. I've never played Smash Brothers for more than a few minutes at a time, and would never even think about buying it, it just bores me. There are very few Nintendo game franchises that I enjoy.

Because having 50gb storage instead of 8gb isn't any benefit when you develop games...
