EDIT:
How do you guys get to/from gigs? I usually have to take the train, but when gigs finish too late, it's a bit of a pain, hence why I only go to Manchester for gigs (sparingly at that) when I can get a lift back.

Used to get the train from Havant to London an awful lot (1hr15 journey shortest). It limited how many shows I was able to go to. Now I live in London so I can either walk, bus or tube to shows and not worry about getting home. Also a lot cheaper on that side of things, but damn expensive in rent. I was lucky that even when I was travelling to London, the last train home was 23:45 or 0:45 on Sundays. Did kinda suck getting home at 2:30am, though!

26th of March - Transsyberian Orchestra, really looking forward to that one. Missed them twice on business trips to the US when I arrived just a week after they played, and now theyre coming this way

A couple of shows announced recently that I'm definitely going to:

Gama Bomb - Sheffield Corporation - 9th May: It'll be the third time in less than a year seeing these and all at this venue! The last time I saw them was in support of the band below.

Sepultura - Derby Redemption - 1st July: Saw them at the above venue last year and they are a good example of a band that is MUCH better live than they are on CD. Should be another great show!
