Bring It On Youth Festival at Fairfield showgrounds. Rattlesnake get on at approximately 5pm. I might be there for some minor rocking out. Then after rattlesnake we can see Paulini of Australian Idol fame. Fuck Yeah!

EDIT - Should mention that it's on the Sunday of the cancelled Darker Half gig.

Kudos to Convictor for being the only band on that flyer - with the exception of Urgrund who are uninspiring at best anyway - that has a logo with any serious effort put into it as opposed to looking like someone puking into a ceiling fan.

What's it matter what a band logo looks like, as long as it is UNIQUE?

I have always said, if a person who can't read the language a logo is written in, could still recognise the logo, then it is a successful identity.

Unique and identifiable are two largely different things.
Urgrund and Rookwood both have very cliche, generic-looking logos.
Urgrund is at least identifiable.
Rookwood could just as easily be replaced with one of any of thousands of death/grind/etc band logos and I doubt most would even notice.
