As per usual when Symphony X goes out on tour, here's your chance to compare notes with your fellow forum members. Which shows are you going to? More than one? Traveling far to see them? This is your chance to make plans to hook up, or share a ride to the show, or whatever..

So tell us..which shows will you be attending? This will be active/sticky until this batch of shows is over..this is the first half of the tour, the second half will be in the next thread.

Since you are in close contact with the band I'll ask you. I talked toCentury Media today about getting a media pass for the August 1 date in San Antonio. After being granted with it I was then informed that this would be a "headline stage only" show. Will Symphony X be there at the San Antonio gig or are they going to use this as an off day to chill out and gather their energies?

The only shows we've been told the band won't be playing are San Diego and Boston..

What does a media pass do?

Allows you in the photo pit in front of the barrier for the first three songs of each set. Then you gotta split. Fair enough.
