Tough to say for sure, but I believe 99. The CD doesn't have a release date on it, but it says it was recorded between 5/12/98 and 10/24/98. It looks like sites that have it listed as 98 are basing that off of the recording date, not the release date, because when I see a date listed, it's usually Oct. 24th. Obviously, it wasn't released on the same day recording finished. However, I don't know for sure as the No Colors website doesn't have the specifics.
