Honestly, I can't remember a third of these songs, despite listening to the album 15 times. It's a good, not great album. I wish you would have picked Hell Awaits or Reign in Blood or even South of Heaven. Such far superior albums.

i'm p indifferent to SoH. the other two are probably superior yes but also have more obvious winners. i still think 'hell awaits' would be a good one to do at some point though.

It's far from weak, it's just not great. And having accessible hooks doesn't inherently make something more memorable in the long run.

Not that it makes you a bad person because it took me a while to get into Slayer, and I find that they only continue to grow on me as well.

You are such an insufferable prick. "Learning to appreciate" does not equal "laughing at." Furthermore, I owned Reign in Blood ten years and quite enjoyed it. However, I don't think I realized the depth of its brilliance until a few years ago. I wasn't too familiar with the other Slayer albums.
