I'm lucky, I hang out with my cousin and his friends sometimes, and I have 2 friends, but they're busy. My advice, be yourself and try and find some people you kinda get along with and start studying with them (if you have to study for your kind of course?), pretty quick that'll turn into drinking and hanging out while purposely avoiding schoolwork and doing the bare minimum to get upper echelon marks
