Covenant - Nexus Polaris has some similarities with the "symphonic black metal" of CoF, although it is much better.

Ulver - Bergtatt is very far away from that kind of music, but is the only tr00 black metal album I can recommend to anyone.

such a fucking good symphonic black band.. if you like earlier dimmu/cof stuff you'll love this. So fucking good. Their new album is great too but I haven't heard all of it. you REALLY have to hear this band if you haven't already.
