Good Quality "Lost to Apathy" video?

Have anyone found a Lost to Apathy-video with good quality?
I've got the "Character" special edition-release where the LTA-video is included and I've tried downloading numerous from the Internet but all of them suck one way or another... either the picture is extremly small or the sound is extremly low (and crappy)

Anyway, if anyone have a good version, please let me know

....I searched a lot too.. but on the net the only versions I have found are the same of character and lost to apathy (very small video + low audio)....
