I think doesn't goes well with the soundworld of Bodom but ehh, we cant just paint Reapers everywhere...

No way, it's pretty hard to believe that this skull isn't a sticker. The picture from this gearhounds website looks way off, too.. doesn't look legit. The inlay colors don't match the rest of the guitar.

The skull is the only good thing. The colour of the green is too close to yellow. And the other (poorly photoshopped?) version has a different shade of green on the inlays

None of these are fucking photoshopped. These are leaked pictures from ESP pre-NAMM.

the ugliest thing on that guitar is chrome hardware. and by the way I've heard that we're going to see Japanese LTDs this year. is Alexi's Sig coming from Japan too?

Only the ESP version. The new MIJ LTD's are called the Elite Series, and are the start in fading out the ESP standard series from what I've heard.

They're going to be built my the same guys and use the same quality parts.

...in the same factory with the same wood and all are going to be handmade so all are custom shop guitars?
No. I read an interview with an ESP rep, and he said the Standard series are made by a completely different team than the custom shop.

The custom shop only consist of about 4 guys iirc. The Elite models are basically the same as their Standard series, only with a new name stamped on. Even the pricing is the same.

It really makes no sense at all, but the models in this new line are quite interesting. I should ad that the ESP standard series still exist, but rumor has it that these LTD Elites are the beginning in a phasing out period.

Sorry dude, I was just kidding. I just had to add this because there was a guy in this forum who started a discussion about Edwards guitars and where they are build and he argued to death that Edwards guitars are build in Japan, in the same factory ESP CS are build, with the same wood buy the same guys and that they are all custom shops. But in reality Edwards guitars are mass-production and are mainly build in China.

It was a funny thread! If you want, you can read it again here http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/children-bodom/298801-edwards-e-al-128-a.html

Oh shit... lime green art on the guitar and green inlays... No. It has to be same hue. Those green inlays look like they were painted with a bad marker.

You should probably wait for live pics from the NAMM show if you're that picky about the colors.
