Happy Dimebag Darrel Died Day!

^ That I can agree and disagree with, since their $1500+ (usually artist sig series) are pretty decent. As much as I love picking up a razorback looking like I'm going to mutilate and rape someone with the headstock, it's just got no special feel to it at all...

I believe he didn't switch back to Deans until Damageplan, and even then that might not have been until after the album was recorded. He used Washburns, which I personally fucking HATE.

The Dimebucker is a pretty fun pick up, though.

I strapped my first Ibanez RG with a dimebucker on the bridge. It was a worthy $80 that rocked my socks.

what cool ass shit were you guys you hate pantera listening to in the mid/late 90s? staind?

You sound drunk. :kickass:

I liked Pantera in the 90s. I was just saying I hate Anselmo and Damageplan is better when they're at their best.

Like I said, if it wasn't for Dimebag, I would not be able to play metal guitar. Or if I was, it would have taken much longer to learn. If I say shit like Bodybag Darrel I'm just getting a rile out of people.

Well there was also Alice In Chains, Rage Against The Machine, Sepultura, Pearl Jam, Jane's Addiction, and of course Beastie Boys... Yep, the rap used to actually be cool and raw and heavy once upon a time.

Oh yeah and sanctuary of course :headbang:
