You changed the magnets in an EMG?
changed the pickups...in our country we say magnets actually MAGNETI and that is the same as pickups here

Changed them with what other pickups?
What the hell guitar do you have?
Yes with EMG81....EMG81 with EMG81
So you swapped out a EMG81 for an EMG81 and the problem persists?
Right, and the notion that ESP makes a model of guitar out of a special wood that causes horrible clipping and sounds like shit defies logic. Do you not see the flaw in your logic? That one of the top five guitar companies (in sales) in the world would knowingly and continually (year after year) build a handicapped guitar? That one their top two endorsers wouldn't stop them and say, "Why is my name on this broken guitar?"?I find it really hard to believe you have some special guitar that defies the way all other guitars work with those pickups. Your guitar is nothing special. The wood your guitar is made of is not special in any way that would affect how EMGs work.
Do you maybe have any recorded clips (that pun actually wasn't intended)

Isn't wiring or operator error a million times more likely?

Dude, just throw that thing into a fire already.
