Help with URL's in this forum please

how do i put a url link up and display it aa what i want... for e.g.

instead of: http://getdropbox.blahbalhbalh.com sorta thing

Change to: here's the picture file

Like this ???

1. Click the 'insert link' button up there, if you haven't already.
2. A box appears where you paste your link.
3. What you get is this: [ U R L = "http://www.fleshlight.com"]http://www.fleshlight.com[/U R L ]
4. As we can see, the same link has been entered twice. Replace the second one with whatever you want to. Like this: [ U R L = "http://www.fleshlight.com"]Like this[/U R L ]
