Roofing.....sounds like brutal work, especially in the hot sun! Oh well, me and my dad will probably be doing a little of that this summer. Things have been pretty good here. Not too hot today. I saw SLAYER on May 8th, a very kick-ass show indeed!!!! I know I've probably said this a billion times, but there really is nothing like being at a concert and feeling that double bass pound right through your chest!!!!!! Slayer really kicked ass, as well as the circle pit!!!!AAAAHHH!!
Where have I been? Well, week before last I tried coming here but the computer kept freezing up so I said screw it, and then last week I was a little "under the weather" and not up to making the trip here to the library. But I'm back now.

Roofing is not hard unless your the one packing the bundles onto the roof.
The rest is sit down work. The heat? Yeah, tahts hard on a person.
So your dad is going to make you help? No prob i suppose, i wouldnt let my sister do that shit, nor my wife. Im not against women working, but i just would not want to see my sis and wife on a roof hahahaha.

ha! no, my dad wouldn't make me help him with the roof. i'd make him help ME!!!!!! That and a fresh coat of paint on the house are my two big projects for the summer!!!!! Damn, a couple of years ago me and my mom painted the whole interior of the house our damn selves!!!! And yes, i do need a pc at home!!! I might have some $$$ coming my way pretty soon so we'll see......but first I'm getting a cell phone!

Now, my mother helps me paint. I love to paint, lots of cash and easy work.
DO you paint freehand? I dont use any guards or tape.....but i do use 20 to 30 dollar brushes.
Thats super cool you help your mum and dad out around the house. Thats impressive to say the least. Your a real go getter then.
Good luck on your PC, i hope it works out.
My cell costs me 35 dollars a month.....i dont remember the minutes or package, i just pay it when the bill arrives.

i've never done the exterior of the house before so that'll be a new experience.
painting is kinda fun. it's really not that hard. i also paint stuff, everything from actually painting pictures to painting shoes to cd players. oooh yeah......dimebag would've been jealous of my sparkly neon camoflage converse chuck taylor's!!!!!!he he he.

Ah yes, my parents have one of those. The minutes run while you dial, and while the phone is ringing...so be carefull as to what you get.
Oh yeah, i ahve drop clothes and tarps, you MUST use those.
Outside is fine to paint. You should have your parents invest in a WAGNER spray gun. It cuts the time down more than half. ANd it you will use less than half the paint.
Stay clear of the windows and doors if you get a spray gun. Once you have practice, you can trim with a gun, but till then, brush and roll around the openings. You can get a small spray gun for around 50 bucks, and you will save more than thnat on paint.
