Hey what are your favourite bands guys?

Suppose the best way for me to say that would be via my last.fm. It tracks everything I listen to, so I suppose if you look at the Charts for the past... 6 months or so, it'd show my favourites.

For me though, definitely Sonata Arctica / Blind Guardian are my all-time favourites.

Same for me with last.fm. My favourite band of all time is Iron Maiden. Other bands I love include Ensiferum, Power Quest, Evergrey, Hammerfall, Sabaton, Stratovarius etc.

Hey guys thanks for sharing with me your favourite bands.

As for me some of my most loved and favourite bands are Korn, Megadeth, Metallica, Slipknot and....well there are more but they aren't really my favourites.

I do not think it is possible to not like Tiesto, he has a varied selection and has worldwide appeal (see the Olympic Opening Ceremonies in Athens.) He is a very talented musician and DJ.

Dragonforce used to be my #1 favorite years back... before Inhuman Rampage. I quickly fell off after that...

Long story short I don't really care for Inhuman Rampage or Ultra Beatdown anymore... they're all right for power metal, but Inhuman Rampage is far too much noise and wank, and Ultra Beatdown is just too much of a rehash with an added touch of new ideas - Reasons to Live is the best song on the album in my opinion, but the lyrics kill it... in fact, their last two albums have had pretty terrible lyrics, moreso than their first two albums. I'll wait until the new album with the new singer before I judge their future, but I just really hope they change things up big time.
