Ok. kakka = poo. "hata" was probably meant to be hätä = distress, anxiety. I've never heard anyone say "poo anxiety" or "poo distress" though. So the whole saying means aproximately: Have to poo.

Hey, some Finnish guy told me this means I have to shit or something... So when we were drinking, we said kakka hätä instead of cheers...
