Barlow definitely does not qualify anywhere near "highest" clean vocalist.
Ripper is up there but I wouldn't say best.
Apollo Papathanasio(Firewind) is underappreciated. Sounds good on albums, sounds even better live.
Lars Larson (Manticora) also good.
Granted he isn't a metal singer but Chris Cornell is also an excellent vocalist who can get up there.
Rob Halford ruins Judas Priest.Nails on a chalkboard sirs.
