How did Therion change so much?

They changed... becose they wanted to... . Death metal its an amazing genre, with a lot of great bands to listen... Nile, Carcass.. etc. And.. how many bands like therion do you know???.. i mean.. pure opera - managed. There some bands that use opera, but not like "the other half" of its music.

I like Therion.. a lot, specially becose its difrent, and i love classical music, so it fits perfect for me. Classical and metal.

About Hollenthon.. great project, great music, too bad they only have 2 albums. And the first one its not that good... the second one, one of the best "death - metal" albums ever. Hollenthon its truly melodic death metal IMO.

But cookies n' cream are even better than therion.

Well, Therion is ok, but when it comes to symphonic metal, i'll go with Haggard over Therion any day.
