CDs through either my dad's component system he built himself like 30 years ago, or more often through my Discman (I've got no system of my own). For MP3s I have a really shit set of speakers so I usually use my Discman headphones when I'm listening on the 'pooter.

And also... It was just discovered that there was a hidden message on Train of Thought during the song 'In the Name of God'. At about the 5.50 mark there is Jordan and Mike doing some Morse code which goes along with the melody. When spelt out, the Morse code says 'EAT MY ASS AND BALLS'
