how good is HCDR?

I think it's about as good as Follow The Reaper.
Less melodic, more aggressive and heavy.

hm I like it alot too, but honestly I like HB the best, then SW....or I dunno they are all good, but the production on FTR is weak imo...whereas the production on HCDR is perfect but songs could be better imo. So my fav is still HB but as I said they are all good, know what I mean, so I cant say.

IMHO, it's their second best effort. I didn't like it at first, but then it kinda grew on me.

it's more of a raw sound, even if they are still technical as ever.

my hope: for the next album, they'll keep their humour, but now blacker and heavier still. I'd love to listen to Janne going atmospheric and creepy on some songs, like that brilliant part on "Children of Bodom".

totally agree with u...they're all just AWSOME...it's hard to say which is my favorite.
