How good is the band's English?

English language is perfect for metal songs, it's true...and I think Alexi, Janne and Henkka speak it well, but I never heard nothing by the other guys... up to now, I haven't been at one of their concert, and I didn't have the luck to meet and know them, so I don't know...
But finnish language is also fascinating, for me....
"Minä olen Elisa!" :) (I hope it's true...if not, sorry!)...

If bands didn't speak english in their songs, i bet they'd still get very popular becuz some people don't even care what they say if they sound good. If they sound good, a lot of people will just listen to them for that. I mean what about Ramnstein?

To Nikotini:I love my Allu-lu. LOl.j/k Ok, so he no accent at all, but sometimes he doesn't know what he's saying? OMGFG, he was soooooo fuckin hot in that little clip. OMG, i was practically screaming and drooling. His voice is so nice. When he sings, i thought it would sound kind of deep. But his voice is soft smooth and really nice.

I'm listening to Hate Me right now and Alexi's vocals are amazing. It seems like back his vocals sounded a bit like death metal. But you can't call it that cuz of Janne's unique style of keyboarding. To me, now that i think about, they've alwayz been destined to take a new direction in their music. I'v never heard of that dvd! I have to get it. Is it like a two hour thing?

Alexi definitely has an accent. Listen to the guitar world interview w/ alexi.

Just a note: American does not equal English.
And 'they taste great' is a perfectly good american expression if i'm not mistaken.
And it's Rammstein. And they kick ass.
And much of the shitin finnish i know sounds better than a lot of stuff in English. I say Moonsorrow, I say Turmion Kätilöt, I say Teräsbetoni, I rest my case.

Ps: Speaking American English is just lazy Brittish and throw in a lot of 'got', some retarded syntax and SHABAM! you speak american.

Hey if you haven't noticed.... The three "English Speaking" countries (Australia, US and Britain) really do not even speak the same language anymore. As of now we can still understand each other, but there are so many words that they say that we don't.

Example: the english say knickers, the u.s. says underwear.

So American English is not lazy British... and British English is not like Australian English. We all have different accents, and they are almost 3 separate languages. One day we won't be able to understand one another.
Where to start? "The three 'English Speaking; countries (Australia, US and Britain)"? Reading your posts is like being bukkaked with stupid.

and they are the same language, just with different slang, and it all came from England.
