Do you guys mix your protein powder with water or milk? I always used milk, but I imagine with water it might not taste very good.
Banana flavor muscle milk is the best, but I go water because milk is fucking expensive.

Does anyone just suck at gaining mass in their legs? It's crazy how I am barely getting any gains in the last 3-5 months of actively strength training my legs. I'm starting to think i'm genetically made to be a runner and not a squatter.
