Im playing with impulses and the tse x30 for some time.
The chain goes like this:
tse x 30->boogex->eq, I sometimes also use the TS vst with it.
Basically Im using the tutorials.I cant get that saturated/pumping sound, like for example this :
The guy even gave a faq about how to get that sound:
When I use this setup the guitars are dry/harsh.What should I do to give them life ? Am I missing something in the chain ?

I used an LTD mh400nt (emg 81/85) tuned in D with 12-54 Ernie Balls for this. tightness is the biggest secret to achieve big sound ( my opinion) and the most important thing is - tweak around!!! dont try to copy my settings because they are fitted to this song and your material will of course have another feel to it so it should sound different, too.( i have listened to your demo and i dont think this kind of sound does fit your style of music)... this is my first mix i am happy about, but it took me almost 4 years to get to this (and i still am a noob!)
