i was just wondering what peoples views where on these female metal/female fronted bands as I cant seem to see them mentioned on here.
Kittie,arch enemy,girlschool,vixen,Oh and the great ka:Shedevil:t! I personally like these bands but am just curious to know i guess!

Kittie - I was never big into "nu metal" and I guess that's just how I've always thought of this band because I first heard about them around the same time as so many nu metal bands. I've heard a few tracks by them, but nothing that ever really caught my attention.

Arch Enemy - A good death metal band, but if I'm really in a death metal mood, I'm more apt to reach for Holy Moses.

Girlschool - Love these ladies! Classic heavy metal meets punk rock!

Vixen - I have to admit, Vixen are a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine. I thought I was the only one who cared about them anymore.

The Great Kat - Killer guitarist! I've only heard a few older recordings from her, but her speed is ridiculous. Do you know if she has been putting out anything new?
