it looks tight to me (well, I haven't been inside)...but at least there's no cellulite (tight skin)

It means, i guess...like kind of chunky in the low end, maybe too fat, but still roaring. I'd definitely hit it. But I wouldn't do it in public. Needs to lose some weight first. But I may pleasure myself to it later and not tell anyone. LOL.
