i can't get this burning feeling out of my hands( new anthrax)

chaosofanthrax

the sick and brutal one
hello my friends on the board and some new people, i am back from lenthly overtime from work( i made a shit load of money with my job so i couldnt post cuz it took my life away...lol) anyway i picked the new cd to support the boys. i bought four copies for friends and family. but the ive video is sick!!!!!!! im just happy for anthrax to put this record know their disease will spread across this country and will kick everyone in the ass!!!! new anthrax slays!!! its fucking metal to the bone!!! thanx guys enjoy the record!!! dutchy my friend i have returned!!!!!

glad to see NYFINEST is back in the MFMadHouse!!!
I really want to see that video shit, someone has to put this on the net fast cause this MF in not gonna buy another import Trax cd!!

WOW. The boys just made there sargent peppers album. From cover to cover it was worth the wait. Real heavy. jumps around in all kinda different directions. I so wish summer sanitaruim was different. Fuck Limp Bizkit and Linkin park. If metallicas new disc is like the old days there tour should have some of that feel.

Deftones/Metallica should headline with Anthrax + Taproot

I saw the Deftones last night in NYC Webster Hall I would kill t see anthrax play there. That place is so kewl. I'm knda getting sick of going to Anthrax shows only to leave forthe headliner. Te boys need to do a tour themselves. An evening with anthrax. That would be sweet.

Or make Bush really work....Armoured Saint opening for Anthrax

Or make everyone really wrk....Armoured saint opening for SOD and Anthtrax

I guess I'm the only person on the board who thought the new album really sucked. I wasn't expecting something like Fistful Of Metal or Among The Living, although that would've made my fucking day, but this is just way too contemporary for me. Reminded me of fucking Nickelback...

Guess I'll stick to my copies of Show No Mercy and Kill 'Em All. Thrash bands seem to turn shitty when they grow up :(

Reminded me of fucking Nickelback...

Me too... especially the double-bass in "What doesn't die" reminds me of Nickelback ... And that "Black Dahlia" has a little Jay-Z aura about it eh?

Oh, and in case you didn't notice, I was being sarcastic.

Why, thank you! I aim to please...tha ladies, yeah!

Well, you did. :D

Nickelback is my sister's favorite band. Don't ask. But if I have to hear the story of how they got their name one more time, I am going to slam my head on this desk. She gushes about the singer too. Although I haven't heard much about them since she got a new boyfriend. Don't ask about that, either.

I won't ask any questions about Nickelback! :)
How did they get their name?? I thought that's what the crowd was saying when they were coming out from their early shows up here in Canada : "What a crock of crap! I want my nickel back eh?"

I'm a diehard Joey era fan but WCFYA absolutely CRUSHES and there ain't no ifs, and's or but's about it!

It's sad when people live in the past.

More sad that fans who try to justify so-called Thrash bands who've turned old and wimped out? Whatever, bro  I don't like the album, get over it.

WCFYA is a killer album. I haven't stopped listening to it since I picked it up on the 6th. Not only does this album have killer songs and great melodies but I feel it has great grooves to it too. Maybe i'm a little biased though, because I listen to everything from Miles Davis to Slayer. Limiting yourself to only 1 kind of music is pretty stupid if you ask me.

Because one of them used to work at Starbucks and all the prices end in .95 (3.95, 4.95, whatever) so they always gave a "nickel back" in change. I hope Charlie feels bad about what his beloved Starbucks created.
