I KNOW you hate this question, but......

Lose weight.

In the last two years I've gone from 165lbs to 220lbs.. It's since I stopped smoking basically. I tried a few "fad" diets (low carb, etc), but my willpower is really bad.

From New Year onwards I'm going to start Tae Kwon-Do again (I did it for 7 years until I was around 17) for the exercise and limit myself to 1500 calories a day. I know I can do it this time. I just need to focus a little.

to record some shit and share it with you fine folks...only problem is that all the stuff I have are in different genres (i.e. BM, death, technical death, hard rock, guitar rock)...we'll see, I may just do it all!

Mine is the same every year. If something comes my way that I do not particularly want to face or do. I make myself do it! FACE MY FEARS! It's very addictive! :spin:

achieve something..
i just want to be able to get to the end of each year and say that i had fun and didnt waste it, and made progress fixing any bad in my life, and taking advantage of any good that pops up

more specifically id hope to get my band well under way and hopefully record an album

oh yeh and something with the female variety of person would be nice

-->To never made another New Years Resolution ever again!

No, I think for some people resolutions actual mean something, but I've turned such a sarcastic cheek on them that it's just for fun now. Like, this year, maybe I'll make one for New Years Day only. Something like, when someone asks, "What'd you get for Christmas?" maybe I'll try not to automatically scowl and flee the scene with a "Bah, humbug." slipping from my lips. Maybe this year I'll play along and smile at everyone in their blissful states and say "Bahhh."= (sheep) every so often to ensure a mocking grin on my face. I don't know. ;)

"Draped within a fate I could not change,
And always welcoming Winter's Epilouge."

well, last summer me and a friend cycled all the way from Warsaw to Belgrad (over 1400 kilometers) in 3 weeks time. This summer, I want to cycle all the way around the black sea. I guess that is way over 4000 kilometers. So I need a lot of training , and that's what I'll try to do: cycle like a maniac.

I want to study well. And get my MBA scolarship for next year.

And I want to start treating the ladies a bit better, cause I'm a lazy bastard, at times.

Why bother yourself with others misconceptions of your ideas? Hey, there are some (including myself) who read your posts and see your angle. Not everybody understands me fully either, but that's the beauty of a forum like this. Post your ideas - don't get too nasty - and debate. And if you just can't seem to get your point across, move on to the next idea (damn - there goes that fatherly part of me again  )

Do you have any New Years resolutions?

Well, I have an alloftheyear-resolution! >:o)
To try to follow my dreams; that way getting
the life that I want... But it's hard, and I don't
feel too good about myself all of the time,
so some dreams will stay dreams...

I always try to be nicer to my boyfriend.
Being the one he deserves, and still being
me :o) "What can I do for him today, to make
him happy?" There should be at least one
thing on that list every day :o)

I think I'll post here the whole year, Eat while posting, Rehearse with my band while psoting, Have sex with my girlfriend while posting, Post while Sleeping and I'll make my mom post here once in a while too since she enjoys opeth very much (Opeth and REM are her favourite bands right after Scorpions and Rhapsody). My mom Rocks!

Always nice to know there are others in my generation that appreciate the value of real music :)
