Ok, this new office I'm in. They still send out prints to be put on microfilm. Nobody does that anymore. I don't think people have done that since the creation of autocad. Everything's on computer. Why do you need microfilm? Also, this one person is using an adding machine. What the hell? Excel not good enough? And, this is probably the worst, the receptionist has a typewriter and was just using it. A TYPEWRITER!

That's the weird thing. It's like half and half. Half the office is stuck in the 70s and 80s while the other half is up to date. The unfortunate part is that due to half of the office being retro I have to do extra crap to compensate for it.

I worked at the Library of Congress in 98/99 and they were using OS/2. Not even OS/2 warp. And everyone was trepidacious about the big move to Windows 95.
