Civil war...if we can't realistically take back the presidency without the south, leave them to their assbackwards ways. Although the massive casualties resulting from a multinational war instigated by Bush would likely doom the Republicans for decades to come, if there was anything left of America to salvage.

Another missing option here is impeachment. If anyone in Congress had any balls, it would have happened already.
