So who is? And what do you do?

I work out 4 times a week for about an hour and a half each time. One day is back and shoulders, another is chest, another is arms, another is legs. Yup im crazy :D

172 pounds 6'1" mostly muscle but a little bit of fat on my stomach. I've got to start running (i hate running) :(

Ive even had gay guys hit on me. I wish girls wouldnt be as shy lol.

p.s. i felt like being stupid

Well I am in the military so running is a must...our current physical training leader is a crazed runner so we have been running about 20 miles a week followed by regular intervals of push ups and sit ups. I really don't like running except when we play Ultimate Frisbee, awesome game! I like going to the gym though...I go three days a week just doing a general upper body workout that varies. Unfortunately this hasn't helped me get any faster on the guitar.

I got a PT test coming up in Feb :mad:
Running doesn't bother me when the weather is nice, so right now I still do it, but just on a treadmill. I smoke too, but it doesn't matter if you run and keep running.
Its all good though, I try to hit the gym at least 3-times per week, on each of those days I do at least a 1/2 - 1 hour of cardio, and when I lift, I like to lift a lot with really heavy weight.
In college I used to have huge pipes, but now they're just bigger than average.:)
 
I play football (european) two times a week for 2,5 hours, go to ... don't know how to explain... probably gym? 2 times a week where i pump muscles for 1,5 hours .
My weight is at about 95 kilos , height 186 cm. Almost no fat. Just muscles.
I hate running , but I 'm going to do this in spring. Becasue today the temperature was at about -19 (degrees centigrade).

I work out 5 times a week (an hour mostly) and I work my arms, chest and abdomen mostly. I run every friday for 1 hour and when I listen some metal that gets me even more pumped up :D
