Sleep Terror rules, my band has played with them a couple times. Luke (from SL) has another project on Myspace called Vegan Uprise which is basically Sleep Terror 2.0, but it still has a couple cool tunes.

yep. bummer they left seattle, but there was alot of conflict growing between luke and some people in the seattle scene so it was probably for the best.

Spastic Ink is definitely an instrumentally focused band, if not an instrumental band.

But also....Liquid Tension Experiment and Gordian Knot.
