Is it possible to reload or fix old back-electret mic?

I have this ten years old pair of Rode nt3 and they are losing their sensitivity big time.
So I was wondering if their is something to fix that problem or should I throw hem to the bin once they completely loose their sensitivity?

Should the load last for 100 years or so?
Are you sure it's needed to reload it?
