Is there a connection?

Symphony X, in 2007, released the song "The Serpent's Kiss" after Theocracy released a song with the same title (Different lyrics though). Did symphony X make the song have the same title on purpose? The songs were 4 years apart and Symphony X and Theocracy do have some connections. If you know anything about this, please tell me. Tried to google it. No luck.

There's also a Dream Theater song called "The Killing Hand" (vs the Healing Hand). (Actually, there are several title similarities between Dream Theater and Theocracy).

I highly doubt any of these are on purpose.

In Mountain there's a line that goes "on eagles wings you lift me up again". That always makes me remember On Eagles Wings from MoS ever since it came out.
