This happens really often even with small bands. Usually an e-mail to the site, telling them to take the songs down before you take legal action is enough. Drop them a message, tell 'em you'll rip their heads off.

My band's self-released EP and some made-up compilation album with my music on it was once at one of those russian digital "music stores"... I emailed them to delete all content including my band's music and they did.

So, before doing anything else, email them to stop selling your music.
