Yup, for the first and last characters (the "hands") it's Alt+0175 on the numpad - too bad I'm on a laptop!

As gay as it is to do this.... on a Mac you can hold ALT+any of the number/letter keys and it will give you those characters, as in each character is assigned to a single key, instead of doing alt+01234 on a pc
