I've never understood covers that bands releases as B-sides or whatever. Do you have to pay royalties or ask for premission from the band or label?

This is most definately a PQ style song. It's melodic (duh), it has a perfect little keyboard intro and Alessio would sing the hell out of this. Not to mention that Andrea is very much up to the guitar solo.
