I've always called the Alexi screams "ya yow" or "yow," because I think it sounds more like that, most of the time.

Actually, the american "yow" is pronounced the same way a german would pronounce "Jau"...
I don't know about the Fins, but I think their way to pronounce "Jau" would fit the german way...

Humh.. I think that "Apina" thing is in Hatebreeder -song (not sure though).

BTW. i've heard it like more like "Kapina" than "Apina" which means rebellion in english.. It would make more sense, i guess.
