Love the M160. Try it on acoustic guitar if you haven't already; it might be my favorite mic on acoustics (with the right guitar, as always).

Yeah, it's great on acoustics, I still prefer the 414 for that most of the time though.
The m160 kills for clean guitars as well

I think I posted a shootout on cello not too long ago, the m160 was great for that as well

Hey Lasse sounds cool. We've got a couple of 160's where I work but Ive always been reluctant to stick one in front of a screaming 4x12 in case I fuck them up!!

The m160 can handle to volume just fine.
Mine was about 15• angled on this clip, been using it on axis quite often as well though.

In this clip the mic was placed like I'd place an sm57
