It's cool man, I don't really need another car right now. Just toying with the idea.

I've heard that American cars mileage is atrocious, so I dunno where that stands, but over here that's pretty atrocious.

It's a pretty big SUV. I picked it up because it can easily haul ass pulling a trailer full of gear. I may be making a little change that will involve me playing a bunch of shows, so having the room and the trailer pulling ability will come in handy. My Saab has great gas mileage and is a pretty awesome sporty little car...but I can really attach a hitch and pull a ton of equipment

This is one of the most tragic things I've ever read Why an XTerra rather than a sporty hatchback so you can actually have some semblance of performance? I love my Protege5, but if I had the cash I would've gone for one of these:
