Goudse Kaas is kaas. Gouda is de stad waar Goudse Kaas veel werd verhandeld op de markt, maar in andere (niet-nederlandstalige) culturen wordt het Gouda Cheese genoemd, afgekort naar Gouda. En hier in de volksmond Gouda. Maar OFFICIEEL ist Goudse Kaas.
