Kemper - weird cracks and pops

Hi,

I did receive my KPA today. I updated it and imported some profiles. I plugged it like this: KPA SPDIF in > Digi003 SPDIF out and vice-versa. I set the Input source on "Front input". In PT one track SPDIF L input selected and another one with the the right side (not usefull I guess). When I started to play I noticed that some cracks and pops occurred. I changed the profile but still there. I tried to reamp a track recorded elsewhere with another guitar but they're still there (Reamp box out > KPA front input). I set up clean and distorted sense to -12db just to be sure but no improvement.

I also get that when using S/PDIF with my MAudio profire 610 interface.

I fixed it by setting the device clock/sync (not sure how exactly it was named) to "external" on my interface's settings. You might want to try that

I tried and it seems to work. Thank you!
Also I noticed a little lose of gain when reamping through SPDIF compared to use my Daccapo reamp box and use the KPA front input. It's very slight but noticiable. Anybody else has the same issue?

Kemper has to be the "master" clock sync. (Just clock the interface through SPDIF)

Everyone has that issue. Just increase the "reamp sense" on the input =) If its not cutting yet, just increase clean sense

Yes, I had not seen the reamp sense button (did get the KPA 3 hours ago ahah!) Thank you!!
Need to practice and go more into the stuff but I'm already charmed by it!
