I was playing around with my Krank Rev today. I was not quite sure if something is broken but it seems okay now (OT; though I seem to have early feedback from the tubes. Is it normal that the head itselfs makes noise while connected to my attenuator? I can hear the guitar in it while playing...)

I used it with the Engl V30 (more presence) impulse again. Some C4 ala Sneap (not the original one though... I tried to make it work with my own sound). NO EQ for rythm guitars. Just high/lowpass. Quadtracked.

For the solo guitars I boosted some mids around 800hz with a wide shelf, C4 and high/lowpass, and some RVerb.

I can't seem to get that snare sound I had in my last soundclip... :Smug:

This is a short clip from the song "too scared to live" by Glasscasket. Sorry for the sloppy sweep picking parts :)

Leads sound good but yeah rythm guitars sound quite thin, and a bit fizzy.

IIRC the first Glass Casket album was really good (didn't like the 2d one though).

I really start to think my amp took damage from the last concert (a friend of mine replaced my eminence speaker with celestion v30 but connected them wrong... means wrong impedance).

Now it makes strange noise in the low end sometimes...
